Short description
Accordo quadro dedicato agli interventi sull'involucro edilizio, finalizzato ad individuare, su diversi lotti territoriali, delle ESCo che realizzino interventi di isolamento termico di coperture, di pareti verticali opache, di solai e pavimenti verso terreno o ambienti non riscaldati e interventi di sostituzione serramenti.
L'affidamento ha lo scopo di ottenere una riduzione dei consumi energetici per singolo edificio pari almeno al 15 %, rispetto ai consumi energetici attuali, con investimenti a carico delle EsCo aggiudicatarie ripagabili esclusivamente tramite i risparmi ottenuti (contratti EPC), nel rispetto dei requisiti tecnici minimi imposti dal conto energia termico 2.0. L'accordo quadro è rivolto ai comuni consorziati CEV.
