Short description
SEAS-NVE Holding A/S har udbudt 10/0,4 kV kompakt transformerstationer og 12 kV mellemspændingsanlæg opdelt i 2 delaftaler.
Delaftale 1 omhandler kontrakt på komplette og færdigmonteret 10/0,4kV kompakt transformerstationer
Delaftale 2 omhandler kontrakt på 12 kV mellemspændingsanlæg til indbygning i kompakt transformerstationer og en lille del til udskiftning i eksisterende stationer.
Udbuddet er gennemført efter de gældende regler i forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivet (Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets direktiv 2014/25/EU af 26.2.2014 om fremgangsmåderne ved indgåelse af kontrakter inden for vand- og energiforsyning, transport samt posttjenester og om ophævelse af direktiv 2004/17/EF. EØS-relevant tekst - BEK nr. 1624 af 15.12.2015).
Udbuddet er gennemført efter proceduren ”Udbud med forhandling”.
Kontraktperioden er 1. januar 2021 - 31. december 2022 med mulighed for forlængelse med optioner af 2 x 1 års varighed.
