Description of the procurement
Die Kfz-Sicherstellung der Berliner Polizei benötigt insgesamt 850 Stellplätze, davon 246 Kfz-Innenstellplätze, 334 Kfz-Außenstellplätze und 270 Stellplätze für Krafträder. Hinzu kommen Verwaltungs-, Lager- und Werkstattflächen.
Die Grundfläche der Halle wird etwa 7.500 m2 betragen, die Höhe ca. 5,50 m. In der Halle sollen die Verwaltungs-, Lager- und Werkstattflächen mit einer BGF von ca. 950 m2 integriert werden.
Das Baufeld umfasst ca. 21.000 m2 und ist bis auf einige Baracken in massiver Bauweise sowie asphaltierte Wege nicht bebaut. An der westlichen Grenze des Baufeldes befindet sich zum Blumberger Damm ein ca. 7,00 bis 10,00 m hoher Erdwall mit Bewuchs aus Gräsern, Kleingehölzen und Laubbäumen. Aufgrund der Fällzeiträume wird die Baufeldfreimachung vorgezogen und ist nicht Bestandteil dieser Planungsleistung.
