Short description
la consultation porte sur la poursuite de l'exploitation et la maintenance des bornes électriques de rechargement de véhicules. Le présent marché comprend deux lots. Chacun des lots comporte une part forfaitaire mensuelle et une part à bon de commande.
Actuellement, 150 bornes sont installées sur le territoire d'ardenne-métropole et 32 véhicules sont mis à disposition du public.

Description of the procurement
supervision et maintenance des bornes de rechargement des véhicules
1-Une part forfaitaire mensuelle (reportée à l'acte d'engagement) concernant la supervision technique, sa maintenance préventive et corrective.
2-une part à bons de commande, en application des articles R.2162-13 et 2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique concernant de la fourniture de matériel et de services liés est passée en accord cadre à bons de commande mono attributaire (article L.2125-1 1)
cette part à bons de commande est passée sans montant minimum et sans montant maximum global.
Elle s'exécutera au fur et à mesure des besoins émis par émission de bons de commande, le marché fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles (objet et prix des prestations à exécuter sont entièrement déterminés dans le Bpu)
