Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest realizacja prac związanych z przyłączeniem odbiorców IV i V grupy przyłączeniowej na terenie działalności TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. Oddział w Wałbrzychu.
Zadanie obejmuje zaprojektowanie i wykonanie robót budowlanych zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi przez Zamawiającego, a w szczególności opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej, realizację wszystkich prac projektowych, dostaw, usług, uzyskanie niezbędnych decyzji administracyjnych, uzyskanie decyzji udzielających pozwolenie na budowę, realizację robót budowlano-montażowych w systemie „pod klucz” i wypłatę wszelkich odszkodowań wynikających z wykonania tych robót oraz opracowanie dokumentacji powykonawczej, jak również wszelkie prace konieczne dla usunięcia wad i usterek na podstawie udzielanej gwarancji jakości i rękojmi za wady, a także innych czynności oraz zadania i obowiązki jakie ma zrealizować Wykonawca w celu należytej realizacji Przedmiotu Zamówienia.
