Short description
Die Reiherstiegschleuse befindet sich im südöstlichen Bereich des Hamburger Hafens, an der Einmündung des Reiherstiegs in die Süderelbe.
Die Schleusenanlage (Strömungsschleuse mit 2 Kammern) weist erhebliche Schäden an der Bausubstanz auf. Zudem entsprechen Maschinen- und Antriebstechnik nicht mehr dem Stand der Technik.
Insgesamt 8 Brückenbauwerke (4 Straßen- & 4 Bahnbrücken) queren die beiden Schleusenkammern der Reiherstiegschleuse. Die Hafenbahntrassen werden vom Ersatzneubau der Reiherstiegschleuse nicht berührt.
Projektumfang der Vergabeeinheit
- Verfüllung westliche Schleusenkammer
- Neubau östliche Schleusenkammer innerhalb der bestehenden Kammer (Erneuerung Anlagentechnik, Neubau Betriebsgebäudes & Notsteuerstand)
- Rückbau von 4 Straßenbrücken
- Neubau Straßenbrücke (Bereich Ostkammer)
- Neubau Straßendamm (Bereich Westkammer)
- Neubau Leitungsbrücke
- Anpassung und Erneuerung der Straßenentwässerung bzw. des Regensiels in Bereichen der Hohen-Schaar-Straße
