Auf dem Grundstück wird auf Grundlage eines Wettbewerbes eine Schule mit integriertem Kindergarten errichtet. Der Neubau ist als winkelförmiges Gebäude auf der nordwestlichen Ecke des Grundstückes situiert. Begrenzt wird das Grundstück im Norden durch die Bahnlinien, im Süden durch die
Dr.-Carlo-Schmid-Straße. Die Erschließung erfolgt über die Dr.-Carlo-Schmid-Straße. Das Gebäude besteht im Westen aus 3 Geschoßen, der Osten ist
2 geschossig, es ist nicht unterkellert. Durch das Grundstück verläuft im Osten die öffentlich genutzte Erschließung der Fußgänger und
Radfahrerunterführung in Form eines Tunnelbauwerkes, das im Zuge der Baumaßnahme bis zur Dr.-Carlo-Schmid-Straße verlängert wird.
