1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa samochodów na potrzeby Jednostek Administracji Państwowej, w podziale na 34 części.
2. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielania zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 8 ustawy Pzp.
3. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert wariantowych w rozumieniu art. 92 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp.
4. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych.
5. Zamawiający przewiduje zawarcie umowy ramowej, o której mowa w art. 311 – 315 ustawy Pzp.
6. Zamawiający nie przewiduje zwrotu kosztów udziału w postępowaniu.
