IW is tendering to establish a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Water Services Repair and Maintenance in respect of :
(1) Civil Engineering, Building and Repair Works;
(2) Mechanical and Electrical Works;
(3) Instrumentation Control and Automation Works; For Lots 1, 2 and 3, Applicants are invited to specify the Local Authorities for which they want to pre-qualify in relation to each of these Lots.

Description of the procurement
Water Services repair and maintenance, civil engineering, minor building and repair works to Irish Water Assets and Network. Applicants will indicate as to which Local Authority areas for which they wish to be considered. This Lot will also include
a requirement for some or all of the following Health and Safety Roles (where applicable) as defined in the Safety, Health And Welfare At Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.

• Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP),
• Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS),
• Contractor,
• and works which involve Confined Space Entry and Temporary Traffic Management.
