Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje:
1) kompleksowe wykonanie budowy Centrum Sportowego Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego z instalacjami i urządzeniami technicznymi wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi doziemnymi, zadaszonej trybuny, hali tenisowej, boiska do piłki nożnej wraz z bieżnią, kortów tenisowych, 2-óch zjazdów z ul. Wita Stwosza, dróg wewnętrznych i placów oraz miejsc postojowych, niezbędnej infrastruktury technicznej oraz zagospodarowaniem terenu, zlokalizowanego w Gdańsku przy ul. Wita Stwosza 31/37 (dalej „Centrum Sportowe”) – zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia (załącznik nr 5 do SWZ),
2) świadczenie usług serwisu, przeglądów i konserwacji wszystkich systemów, instalacji i urządzeń, wyposażenia budowlanego i sportowego wraz z materiałami eksploatacyjnymi, których serwisowanie, przeglądy i konserwacja są wymagane przepisami i zaleceniami producentów w celu utrzymania ciągłej sprawności i zachowania warunków gwarancyjnych oraz usług pielęgnacji zieleni - w okresie gwarancji.
