Zadanie realizowane w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” polega na zaprojektowaniu i wykonaniu robót budowlanych dla zestawów instalacji OZE na potrzeby budynków mieszkalnych jednorodzinnych, w szczególności dla gminy i Miasta Koziegłowy:
— instalacje fotowoltaiczne (PV) – 481 szt.,
— gruntowe pompy ciepła do c.o. i c.w.u. – 124 szt.,
— powietrzne pompy ciepła do c.w.u. – 23 szt.
Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 2 części, które obejmują odpowiednio:
a) część nr 1 – instalacje fotowoltaiczne (PV) – 481 szt.;
b) część nr 2 – gruntowe pompy ciepła do c.o. i c.w.u. – 124 szt.; powietrzne pompy ciepła do c.w.u. – 23 szt.
Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają: programy funkcjonalno-użytkowe oraz SIWZ.
