Die HafenCity Hamburg GmbH (HCH) plant die Realisierung eines neuen Bürogebäudes am Standort Dalmannkai als Null-Emissionshaus, in dessen Untergeschoss die Anlagentechnik der Umformerstation installiert wird. Der Netzanschluss erfolgt an diesem Standort durch die Stromnetz Hamburg GmbH (SNH).
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist das Kabelmanagementsystem für beide Liegeplätze.

Description of the procurement
Zum Leistungsumfang gehört die Ausführungsplanung, Lieferung, Bau und Montage der für die Übergabesysteme notwendigen Maschinentechnik einschließlich Mittelspannungs- und Datenkabel für den schiffseitigen Anschluss. Dazu zählen eine Energiekette samt Schwerlastklappen für den Kabelkanal und zwei Übergabefahrzeuge. Hierin inbegriffen ist die Ausführungs- und Bestandsplanung sowie die Gewährleistungsphase und optional die später beauftragte Wartung.
Nicht zum Leistungsumfang gehören die Anlagentechnik und die erforderlichen Tiefbauarbeiten. Diese werden in einer gesonderten Ausschreibung berücksichtigt. Die technische Schnittstelle wird in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen näher definiert. Die Tiefbauleistungen im öffentlichen Raum sowie Leistungen hinsichtlich der Schiffsanschlusssysteme und Errichtung des Hochbaus sind nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung. Die Kabelverbindung zwischen Umformerstation und Steuerungsraum wird bauseits gestellt.
