Description of the procurement
This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of the Supply and Delivery of Customer Controlled Resistive Load banks to Dublin Inchicore Works.
These load bank are for use as dummy load capacity for standby generators.
85 units are required in the following breakdown:
• 10kW Resistive Only Load Bank – 38 units
• 20kW Resistive Only Load Bank – 39 units
• 36kW Resistive Only Load Bank – 4 units
• 40kW Resistive Only Load Bank – 2 units
• 60kW Resistive Only Load Bank – 2 units
The above quantities are the current estimated quantities required over the four year contract duration and the final quantities required may rise or fall.
The load banks will be ordered in stages over the course of the contract. Vendor must be capable of supplying circa 25 units per annum with maximum 3 months lead time to Dublin Inchicore Works.
