Description of the procurement
Nordmøre og Romsdal Hospital is one of the most important projects in central Norway. The aim of the project is to deliver a future oriented and modern specialist health service offer for the population in the region. The Emergency Hospital at Hjelset is a central part of the overall project Nordmøre og Romsdal Hospital (SNR). Sykehusbygg invites tenderers to submit a tender in a negotiated procedure for the procurement of contract K3251 heat pumps and cooling machines.
The builder's provisional plan is to announce separate contests for:
- Heating and cooling installations in the technical centre (building 1290), including a culvert and seawater pump
- Other plumbing work in the emergency hospital
This contest (contract K3251) is for the delivery and assembly of heat pumps, cooling machines, and computer room coolers. In addition there are complete deliveries of the cooling installations for the refrigeration and freezer room.
The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurements Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73 (PPA) and the Public Procurement Regulations of 12 August 2016, no. 974 (PPR), parts I and III. The award of contract will be made in accordance with the negotiated procedure after a prior notice, c.f. § 13-2 letter c.
