Short description
Die Landeshauptstadt Potsdam und die Entwicklungsträger Potsdam GmbH als ihre Treuhänderin sowie die Energie und
Wasser Potsdam GmbH beabsichtigen die Erschließung des ca. 140 ha umfassenden ehemaligen Kasernengeländes
Krampnitz in mehreren Bauabschnitten. Im 3. Bauabschnitt ist die Neuerschließung des südwestlichen historischen Kasernenbereiches
vorgesehen. Der 3. BA ist in mehrere Vergabeeinheiten unterteilt. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibungsunterlage
ist die Vergabeeinheit 10. Sie umfasst die Haupterschließungsarbeiten in Planstraßen 2.3, 3.1 und O.
Dazu gehören insbesondere:
- der Straßenbau mit Herstellung eines Zwischenbauzustandes der Oberflächenbefestigungen und den Versickerungsanlagen
zur Entwässerung der Verkehrsflächen,
- der Tief- und Leitungsbau in den Sparten Regenwasser, Schmutzwasser, Trinkwasser, Fernwärme,
- die provisorische Anbindung für den Anschluss an die L 92/Ketziner Straße.
