SERVICES

The objective of this Request for Tenders (RFT) was to invite proposals from suitably qualified Service Providers for the provision software development, system support & operational services, for the 2030 Public Sector Monitoring and Reporting (PSMR) IT System. The system will be used to track progress by public bodies & schools towards their 2030 energy and climate targets as per the Climate Action Plan. Term is for 2 years with SEAI's right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to 1 year with a maximum of 3 such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to SEAI's obligations at law. The estimated contract value is €4,000,000 (excl.VAT) over the Term and any possible extensions.Tenderers must complete the Confidentiality Agreement & return it signed to SEAI via the messaging facility on eTenders to obtain access to the Annex documents of the tender pack. The term is for 2 years with SEAI's right to extend the Term for a period or
periods of up to 1 year with a maximum of 3 such extension or extensions on the
same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at
law. The estimated contract value is €4,000,000 (excl.VAT) over the Term and any possible extensions.
