l'Accord-Cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande.Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée.Les agents du Département de l'isère utilisant des véhicules de service (véhicules légers et poids lourds, y compris engins de déneigement) devront pouvoir, à l'aide de cartes accréditives :-se ravitailler en carburant dans les stations-services situées en France métropolitaine (lots 01 (tous secteurs excepté Auberives-En-Royans, Clelles, Monestier et St Marcelin) et 02 (secteur Auberives-En-Royans))-Recharger les véhicules électriques et hybrides dans les installations de recharges de véhicules électriques accessibles au grand public (lot 03)pour le lot 01, le cas échéant, certains services annexes pourront être liés à la carte : péages autoroutiers Poids-Lourds, lavage, et fourniture de consommables automobiles et parkings.L'utilisation des cartes accréditives équivaut à l'émission des bons de commande
