De onderhavige Opdracht heeft samengevat betrekking op het vinden van de juiste leverancier voor het leveren van elektrische personenvoertuigen voor de Gemeente. De Aanbestedende Dienst beoogt daarom met deze Opdracht door middel van een Raamovereenkomst één leverancier te contracteren.

Description of the procurement
De aanbesteding betreft het leveren van elektrische personenvoertuigen. De specifieke technische details zijn in het Programma van Eisen (Bijlage 5) uitgewerkt.
De Opdrachtnemer dient Vervoer & Materieel toestemming te geven om het onderhoud, schade en garantiereparaties eventueel in eigen beheer en werkplaatsen uit te voeren met behoud van garantie (eis 49). De verwachting is echter dat het onderhoud zal worden uitbesteedt aan de Opdrachtnemer.
