Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa środków transportu wodnego do pomiarów rzecznych, z podziałem na 14 części.
Postępowanie przetargowe zostanie przeprowadzone według procedur międzynarodowego przetargu
konkurencyjnego (ICB) określonych w „Instrukcji Banku Światowego: Zamówienia towarów, robót i usług
niekonsultingowych w ramach pożyczek IBRD oraz kredytów i dotacji IDA realizowane przez Pożyczkobiorców
Banku Światowego ze stycznia 2011 r., zmienione w lipcu 2014 r, („Instrukcja Banku Światowego dotycząca
zamówień”) i jest ono otwarte dla wszystkich kwalifikujących się oferentów, zgodnie z ich definicją w Instrukcji
Banku Światowego dotyczącej zamówień. Ponadto prosimy zapoznać się z punktami 1.6 i 1.7, które
przedstawiają politykę Banku Światowego dotyczącą konfliktu interesów.
