1)conception et construction d'une chaufferie urbaine et son réseau de chaleur dans le quartier Montmarin-Rêpes pour des besoins de 20 Gwh/An(Équipements d'enseignements, logements sociaux...):-une chaufferie intégrant un système complet de production de chaleur bois (puissance 6 Mw), et d'une chaudière d'appoint gaz (puissance 10 Mw), les pompes réseaux, le pilotage, la régulation et la supervision des installations de production et distribution de chaleur.-un réseau de chaleur enterré de 6100 ml dont 1100 ml de reprise du réseau existant-les sous stations des abonnés-les extensions et les raccordements pour d'autres abonnés à réaliser dans cadre de bons de commande2)exploitation et maintenance, avec objectifs de performances, des chaufferies bois-gaz, du réseau et des sous stations :- fourniture de combustibles P1, eau, électricité, et télécommunication- prestation de conduite, surveillance et entretien courant P2- prestation de gros entretien renouvellement P3
