Description of the procurement
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest robota budowlana polegająca na przebudowie dworca kolejowego Kuźnica Białostocka, zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) stanowiącym zał. nr 2 do SIWZ (zawiera: projekt budowlany, projekt wykonawczy, specyfikacje techniczne wykonania i odbioru robót oraz przedmiary robót,
pozwolenie na budowę).
2. Zamawiający przewiduje udzielenie zamówień, o których mowa w art. 67 ust. 1 pkt 6 ustawy Pzp, w okresie 3 lat od dnia udzielenia zamówienia podst. dotychczasowemu Wykonawcy. Suma wartości tych zamówień nie przekroczy 20 % wartości zamówienia podstawowego.
3. Zakres i warunki udzielania zamówień podobnych zostały określone w rozdz. VII SIWZ.
4. Przedmiotowe zamówienie jest częścią większego zamówienia.
