Short description
Die Stadt Hermeskeil beabsichtigt die Vergabe von Planungsleistungen zur Errichtung einer 10-gruppigen Kindertagesstätte mit bis zu 180 Plätzen. Aus einer Bedarfsermittlung der Kreisverwaltung bzgl. der Kita-Plätze in der Stadt Hermeskeil wurden mehrere Konzepte zur Erweiterung der Kitas in Hermeskeil entwickelt. Im endgültigen Schritt wurde ein Neubau beschlossen, der das sanierungsbedürftige Gebäude der Kita "Adolf Kolping" ersetzen soll. D.h. die neue Kita Hermeskeil unterliegt der Bauträgerschaft der Stadt Hermeskeil und der pädagogischen Trägerschaft der Kita gGmbH inkl. des pädagogischen Konzeptes der Kita Adolf Kolping.

Die Vergabestelle nimmt eine fachlosweise Vergabe der Planungsleistungen vor.
Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens (Los 02) sind die Leistungen der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung gem. § 55 HOAI, Anlagengruppen 1 bis 8.
