Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów segregowanych i niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) oraz odbioru, transportu i unieszkodliwiania odpadów medycznych zgodnie z podziałem zamówienia na 2 części:
CZĘŚĆ NR 1 –Odpady komunalne – segregowane i niesegregowane (zmieszane):
Poz. 1 – niesegregowane(zmieszane) odpady komunalne - 225 t;
Poz. 2 - papier i tektura – 52 800 l;
Poz. 3 - opakowania ze szkła – 26 400 l;
Poz. 4 - tworzywa sztuczne – 52 800 l;
CZĘŚĆ NR 2 – Odpady medyczne:
Poz. 1 - Części ciała i organy pochodzenia ludzkiego - 1 600 kg;
Poz. 2 - Odpady medyczne - 113 000 kg;
Poz. 3 - Leki cytotoksyczne i cytostatyczne - 4 700 kg;
Poz. 4 - Chemikalia, odczynniki zawierające substancje niebezpieczne - 3 000 kg;
Poz. 5 - Leki inne niż wymienione poz. 4 – 40kg;
Poz. 6 - Odpady inne niż niebezpieczne - 17 000 kg;
Poz. 7 - Narzędzia chirurgiczne i zabiegowe oraz ich resztki z wyłączeniem poz. 2 – 10 kg.
