Description of the procurement
The contract includes the delivery of:
1) The system solutions
1.1) Process control system for water and sewage
1.2) MOM tool for water and sewage
1.3) Video monitoring system
1.4) Presentation of key information and reports/statistics from the system solutions
2) Products and services
2.1) PLS with the accompanying modem
2.2) Programming and configuration of the PLS, with the accompanying modem in the implementation phase and operations phase. In the operations phase the tenderer is to deliver ready programmed and configured products that will be installed by the contracting authority's framework agreement supplier(s) for water and sewage automation services.
2.3) Installation of programmed and configured PLS with the accompanying modem in the implementation phase.
2.4) Camera for video monitoring in the implementation phase and operations phase.
2.5) Service/support and troubleshooting for the system solutions in the implementation phase and operations phase.
2.6) Consultancy services connected to the system solutions for changes to the contracting authority's site portfolio, or implementations or adaptations to 3 party modules (trade systems, public registers, joint platforms, API, etc.), and other infrastructure in the operations phase.
