Short description
Waterschap Drents Overijsselse Delta zoekt drie marktpartijen voor een nieuwe raamovereenkomst voor de renovatie/nieuwbouw van onze gemalen en stuwen. Met deze aanbesteding zetten wij de volgende stap in onze samenwerking met marktpartijen voor programma Gemalen en Stuwen.
Via een Europese niet-openbare procedure zoekt het waterschap Drents Overijsselse Delta 3 geschikte opdrachtnemers/marktpartijen. Het waterschap start voor deze opdracht een Europese niet openbare procedure conform hoofdstuk 3 van de ARW 2016. Na de selectiefase blijven er maximaal 8 partijen over voor het doorlopen van de inschrijvingsfase. De beoordeling van de inschrijvingen en de uiteindelijke gunning zal plaatsvinden op basis van het gunningscriterium 'Economisch Meest Voordelige Inschrijving - Beste Prijs Kwaliteitsverhouding' (EMVI - BPKV).

Description of the procurement
Om de objecten te laten voldoen aan de huidige normen voor veiligheid en waterbeheer worden er (deel)renovaties of nieuwbouw uitgevoerd aan onze gemalen en stuwen. Deze aanpassingen hebben betrekking op civieltechnische als werktuigbouwkundige als elektrotechnische onderdelen.
