Short description
A framework agreement shall be entered into for the delivery of electro work and material for Bergen kommune c/o Etat for boligforvaltning [the Agency for Housing Management].
The framework agreement concerns the execution of electro work in buildings that the Contracting Authority owns or has operational responsibility
for. The contracting authority has more than 5,300 rental residences distributed over 1,700 street addresses in Bergen municipality.

Description of the procurement
Ongoing electro services assignments for Bergen kommune c/o the Agency for Housing Management (EBF).
Incidental maintenance works, external and internal electrician works.
IC electro as ordered.
Service / maintenance of fire alarms and emergency lighting installation.
Control and follow up of AddView.
The framework agreement will concerns work in Bergen kommune.
The tenderer shall have staff guard services seven days a week.
The objective of the framework agreements is to cover the contracting authority’s ongoing need. Projects that include electro work as a natural part of the total delivery are not part of this framework agreement.
