Short description

Die Kreishandwerkerschaften Bielefeld und Gütersloh planen im Zentrum von Bielefeld den Neubau des Handwerksbildungszentrums (HBZ) Brackwede. Das Projekt wird unter dem Titel "Neubau Zukunftswerkstatt made by KH (ZWKH) - Handwerk - Bildung - Zukunft" geführt. Der geplante Neubau wird nachfolgend mit "Neubau ZWKH" bezeichnet.
Wesentlicher Bestandteil ist die Aufnahme der Kfz-Bildungsstätten der Handwerkskammer in Lemgo. Das Projekt soll von Bund und Land NRW gefördert werden. Gesucht wird ein Planungsbüro zur Ausführung der Fachplanung technischer Ausrüstung gemäß § 55 HOAI bzw. § 53 (2) der Anlagengruppen 1-6 und 8 in den Leistungsphasen 1-9.
Der Neubau des HBZ wird 28 Übungseinheiten mit einer Praxis-, Theorie und Verwaltungsfläche von insgesamt ca. 10.000 m² Bruttonutzfläche auf einem Grundstück mit ca. 16.000 m² Fläche beheimaten

Description of the procurement

Grundlage der Planung ist das durch die Fördermittelgeber freigegebene Raumprogramm zuzüglich der eigenfinanzierten Flächen. Diese stellen sich wie folgt dar:
Die zuwendungsfähige Nutzfläche (NUF 1-6) beträgt 7.909 m² und beinhalt u.a.:
-Bauhallen und Lagerflächen
-KFZ-Wertstätte
-Verwaltungsflächen
-Theorie- und Fachräume
-Speisesaal
Die nicht-zuwendungsfähige Nutzfläche (NUF 1-6) beträgt 589 m² und beinhaltet u.a.:
-Verwaltungsräume
Die einzelnen Raumtypen sind dem Raumprogramm zu entnehmen.
