Description of the procurement
Cancellation of Lot B – Tender for Offshore Substations and Module Support Frames for Baltica 2, see section V.1 below
After receiving the ITT package Two (2) out of five (5) Tenderers did not believe they could hand in a competitive bid and therefore they decided not to submit a First Tender for both Lot A (Baltica 03) and Lot B (Baltica 02). Upon that and after the receival of the First Tenders and the clarification meetings the Contracting Entities has found that there are not sufficient competition to continue the Tender Process for both Lots, and have therefore decided to cancel the Tender Process for Lot B - Baltica 2 Offshore Wind Farm. The Contracting Entities has decided to cancel Lot B, and not Lot A, based on the sourcing schedule and FID date for each Lots. The Contracting Entities will in the coming time consider how to re-tender for Baltica 2.
The Tender Process for Lot A – Baltica 3 Offshore Wind Farm continues.
