The scope of work for this tender and the Tenderers responsibility shall comprise the design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, factory testing, packing, supply, delivery, off-loading at project Site in Sudan, construction, erection, cleaning, painting, commissioning, start-up, testing and handing over for commercial operation of the system on a lump-sum basis, considering the design criteria defined in the specification.
