Description of the procurement
For the construction project of the Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) plant at Norcem Brevik, the need for the purchase of a number of new distribution boards that shall be included in the new CCS plant is expected. the Carbon Capture and Storage plant is expected to be completed during Q2-Q3 2024.
This technical specification is the basis for tenders for new equipment for CCS project. Relevant switch rooms are new and will be located over the entire Norcem Brevik area.
There is a need for the purchase of new 230V, 400V and 690V boards and new frequency converters.
The distribution boards shall be delivered to Norcem AS' premises in Brevik. Norcem's address: Setreveien 2, 3950 Brevik.
Norcem AS would like to either enter into one framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of frequency converters, or possibly a parallel framework agreement with two-three tenderers.
