Short description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (henceforth also referred to as the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for the supply and administration of electric power and associated services. The Contracting Authority is not a Clearing Customer at the Nord Pool, and the assignment means that the Provider must act in its own name at the Nord Pool system, and act as a power supplier to the Contracting Authority.
The Contracting Authority shall procure the power that the Contracting Authority needs through the Provider, based on an agreement on purchase at a spot price. Unless hedging of all or part of the portfolio is agreed, all procurements of electric power shall be based on the price in the spot market.
It is important that the Provider has administrative systems that ensure efficient and good routines / systems related to follow-up of plants, reporting and invoicing, etc.
The objective of the new agreement is that the Contracting Authority shall be ensured access to power and associated services in a reasonable, efficient and reassuring manner.
