Short description
We would like to enter into a framework agreement with three tenderers for electrical services and installation work for high-voltage and low-voltage systems at Østfold Hospital Trust's locations.
Please note that there is a national agreement regarding Architectural and consulting engineering services. Lot A3: Consulting Engineer Electrical systems (Norwegian: RIE) will be of the utmost importance. Services covered by the national agreement will not be included in this framework agreement.

Description of the procurement
The e-Service primarily includes high and low voltage systems (In accordance with NS3420 cf. disciplines W and X) regarding ongoing and emergency maintenance as well as minor reconstructions work, including:
General electrical installation work (operation and maintenance)
Cabling for automation and centralized operational control systems
General low voltage work such as data/telephone/antenna/radio/TV and patient alarm systems.
Emergency power supply/UPS
Reconstruction work/new installations, for both high and low voltage systems
Alarm systems
AV systems
Signal systems
Required disassembly/reassembly of furniture and fixtures
There can also be other types of assignments within the discipline.
Major work or replacements may be subject to a tendering procedure in accordance the Public Procurement Regulations and Law.
