Description of the procurement
De opdracht betreft het organiseren van collectieve inkoopacties waarmee particuliere woningeigenaren worden gestimuleerd en ontzorgt in het verduurzamen van hun woning. In essentie wil de gemeente met deze opdracht bewerkstelligen dat zo veel mogelijk particuliere eigenaren passende energiebesparende maatregelen afnemen die tegen een goede prijs en met goede kwaliteit en dienstverlening worden geïnstalleerd.
In deze aanbesteding wordt één partij gecontracteerd voor het organiseren van collectieve inkoopacties voor energiebesparende maatregelen. Per jaar wil de gemeente dat 50.000 woningeneigenaren gericht worden benaderd met een aanbod van passende verduurzamingsmaatregelen en dat t er minimaal 1500 energiebesparende maatregelen voor een goede prijs en met goede kwaliteit en dienstverlening worden geïnstalleerd.
