Description of the procurement
Für die Realisierung einer flexiblen elektrischen Last ist die Beschaffung von zwei modularen bidirektionalen DC-Netzgeräten vorgesehen. Ziel ist es die DC-Netzgeräte als Energiequelle und Energiesenke zu nutzen, um verschiedene Erzeugungs- und Lastkurven in einem Hardware-In-The-Loop Versuchstand nachbilden zu können. Im ersten Betriebsfall sollen die DC-Netzgeräte zu einem AC-Lastgenerator mit 30 kW Leistung verschaltet werden können. Dazu wird ein Netzgerät als AC-seitige Quelle oder Senke betrieben. Das weitere Netzgerät arbeitet als DC-seitige Quelle oder Senke. Im zweiten Betriebsfall sollen beide DC-Netzgeräte als parallelgekoppelte DC-Quelle oder -Senke mit einer gesamten DC-Leistung von 60 kW arbeiten. Für die Parametrierung und den Betrieb der Netzgeräte ist eine Steuersoftware notwendig. Mittels PROFINET-Schnittstelle soll zudem eine Sollwertvorgabe über eine externe SPS-Steuerung möglich sein. Des Weiteren muss die Energie in beiden Betriebsfällen über den Netzanschluss zurückgespeist werden können.
