Lyse Lux AS plans in the near future a publication of a tender contest regarding a framework agreement for the delivery of electrical equipment. The Contracting Authority wants input and feedback from the supplier market on a preliminary draft of the tender documentation, and hereby invites all suppliers to a consultation round. In this consultation round, preliminary competition documents have been made available for comments.

The Contracting Authority wants input and feedback from the supplier market on a preliminary draft of the tender documentation, and hereby invites all suppliers to a consultation round. In this consultation round, preliminary competition documents have been made available for comments.
The main areas that Lyse Lux wants feedback on in the consultation are listed in Annex A and includes i.a (the list is not exhaustive)
- The qualification requirements and award criteria of the tender documents,
- The structure, terms and practical implementation of the framework agreement
- Requirements specification, including special requirements for the products and warehouse and distribution systems
- Price adjustments
Tenderers are invited to comment on other aspects of the consultation documents.
This consultation is issued solely to obtain information from the supplier market and enable further planning of the call for tenders for Lyse Lux. This consultation does not in any way oblige Lyse Lux and is not a guarantee for a future invitation to tender. Responses to this consultation are not considered as tenders. The future call for tenders will be published in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations.
