Short description
Generalunternehmerleistungen für den Bereich Anlagenbau zur Errichtung des Projektes „Abwärmenutzungsanlage in der Kläranlage der Stadt Graz in Gössendorf“ im Leistungsumfang der Gesamtkonzeption, Planung, Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme. In dieser Anlage wird ganzjährig Wärme aus dem gereinigten Abwasser der Kläranlage erzeugt und in geeigneter Qualität sowie nach Anforderung des Fernwärmeversorgungssystems im Großraum Graz eingespeist. Dazu wird eine Wärmepumpenanlage mit 7 MW Wärmeleistung errichtet. Die Nachheizung des Heiznetzwassers auf das in der Heizperiode für das Fernwärmenetz notwendige Temperaturniveau erfolgt bei Bedarf über eine erdgasbefeuerte Kesselanlage mit einer Brennstoffwärmeleistung von 15 MW. Die Errichtung der Bauwerke wird separat in einem eigenen Vergabeverfahren ausgeschrieben. Die Lieferung der Bauangaben und Lieferung sämtlicher Vorgaben für die Gebäudeplanung ist Teil des gegenständlichen Auftrages.
