le projet de réhabilitation du bâtiment Ex-Caf consiste en la réalisation d'un hôtel d'entreprises qui abritera également un totem de l'innovation. Une consultation relative au lot no1"démolition / désamiantage" a été lancée précédemment. La présente consultation concerne les lots no4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20 et 21. Certains lots font l'objet d'une clause d'insertion sociale. Les autres lots de travaux sont lancés en procédure adaptée.
