les stipulations du présent accord-cadre concernent la fourniture, l'acheminement d'électricité et les services associés de la Ville de Montataire.Cet accord-cadre multi-attributaire a pour objet :-La fourniture d'electricité pour les points de livraison (Pdl) de la Ville de MONTATAIRE, dont la liste est présentée en annexe au CCP-C -La couverture des obligations associées de stockage ;-La facturation, dont la transmission des factures en Echange de Données Informatisé (Edi) et la prise en charge des relations avec le Gestionnaire du Réseau de Distribution dans le cadre des Conditions de Distribution conclues avec le gestionnaire de réseau ;-La mission de responsable d'équilibre conformément à l'article L. 431-3 du code de l'énergie ;-Les prestations de services obligatoires décrites au CCP-C
