Short description
The scope of the project is to refurbish all the drawers, with new components that have the same function as the old ones. It can be expected that existing wiring can be reused, so only replacing of the components is necessary.

Description of the procurement
After 30 years of service it is time for the switch gear to be renewed to extend the lifetime of the unit another 15+ years. The project contains refurbishment of all internal low voltage components in the switch gears drawers (draw out type).
There are about 950 drawers build into the switch gears, and these drawers mainly contain DIN-mounted low voltage components.
A typical drawer may contain the following:
• transfer relays with 230 VAC coil;
• transfer relays with 24 VDC coil;
• indication LED lamps - Red, green and yellow;
• push button with 4 pcs. NO contacts;
• current transformers;
• 3-phase thermal relay incl. 1 piece. NC and 1 pcs. NO auxiliary contact;
• 3-phase power contacts incl. 2 pcs. NC and 3 pcs. NO auxiliary contacts;
• amperemeter for mounting in drawer front incl. measurement transformer;
• 1P MCB with B characteristic.
The scope of the project is to refurbish all the drawers, with new components that have the same function as the old ones. It can be expected that existing wiring can be reused, so only replacing of the components is necessary.
The main feed breakers (>1kA) are not in the scope of this project. This means only works inside the drawers are to be executed.
