Public Utility Company “Teploenerho” (Client) intends to apply a part of financing allocated under the Ukraine Municipal Infrastructure programme to eligible payments to a qualified Contractor for Construction and Rehabilitation of 5 Boiler Houses in Lozova.
The primary objective is supply of Gas Boiler Units Parts and reconstruction of 5 Boiler Houses to improve sustainable heat supply to the existing consumers in the South-western residential area of Lozova city and significantly conserve fuel and energy resources (fuel - natural gas, electricity and water) and reduce operating costs of the company by reconstructing and upgrading heat source equipment and heating networks and developing automated management and control systems.

This contract is divided into lots: No

Firms, including Joint Ventures, consortia or associations and their individual members, from all countries may submit their Tenders.
The Contractor shall be a firm or joint venture or consortium/association with sufficient expertise, technical, financial and managerial capabilities, and qualified personnel to provide the services required. In the case of a JV, consortium/association, all the partners shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected. Association in the form of sub-contracting is permitted.
The Contractor shall provide all necessary resources (financial, equipment, human) to supply equipment, execute the works (Design, civil, installation, precommissioning etc.) and achieve the results in accordance to the Employers requirements to fulfil all obligations under the Contract.
The Employer will award the contract to the successful tenderer whose tender has been determined to be substantially responsive and which has been determined as the economically most advantageous tender.
