Short description
le présent marché a pour objet l'exécution de prestations d'exploitation et de maintenance des installations électriques et plomberie des sites gérés par le Sgcd91. Le marché est un marché public de services. C'Est un marché mono-attributaire sans montant minimum et maximum pour chacun des lots. Le marché est mixte. Il s'exécute en partie par des prix forfaitaires et par des unitaires. Le présent marché est décomposé en 2 lots distincts, à savoir : - lot 1 : Électricité - basse tension (Bt) - lot 2 : Plomberie La description des prestations et des attentes du pouvoir adjudicateur est développée au sein du Cahier des Clauses Particulières (Ccp). Le marché prend effet à compter de sa date de notification pour une période de douze (12) mois. Il est reconductible 3 fois sans que sa durée totale puisse excéder 48 mois de date à date
