Short description
Bei einem Schadenfall muss der Betreiber den einwandfreien Zustand der Elektroanlagen und Geräte nach VDE dem Versicherer
und der Berufsgenossenschaft nachweisen, ansonsten kann die Unfallversicherung eine Haftung ausschließen, wenn Personen durch ein solches ungeprüftes Gerät dauerhaft zu Schaden oder gar zu Tode kommen. Um Schadenfälle zu vermeiden sind die Anlagen und Geräte zu prüfen.
Die DGUV V3 Prüfung ist die anerkannte, normgerechte Prüfung elektrischer Geräte. Beim DGUV V3 Check wird geprüft, ob sich ortsfeste Anlagen und Maschinen sowie ortsveränderliche Geräte im ordnungsgemäßen Zustand im Sinne der jeweils geltenden VDE Bestimmung befinden.
Basis der Prüfungen ist die Arbeitsanweisung der Abt. GAT
" DGUV-V3 (vormals BGV A3) für ortsveränderliche elektrische Betriebsmittel vom 09.01.2007".
Die vertragliche Tätigkeit wird als Rahmenvereinbarung ausgeschrieben.
